Return & Cancellations:
Order Cancellations & Changes: We are unable to cancel or chance ANY order placed for any reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.
- Promo Codes: All promo codes, gift cards, or store credit must be used at the time of order placement. We can NOT adjust an order once it's been placed.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you. A standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.
You may not return:
- Hair-bows, swaddles, hats, blankets, and gift certificates.
- All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tag attached. If you return items that have been tried on and have stains of any kind, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
To make your return: In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Next, complete the Return Form on this page and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice; we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. Please note your tracking number from your label. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
- Mail it to: Little Rascals Children Boutique 1302 Live Oak Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567.
After your package is received please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed your will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on and have stains of any kind, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
- Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Online Credit: Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the day your package was shipped.
- NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.
- An online code will be emailed to the email address provided on the return form to access your store credit.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at littlerascals_llc@yahoo.com.
- Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt
- If you believe you have received a DEFECTIVE piece of merchandise you must send us an email at littlerascals_llc@yahoo.com and send your order back within 14 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please send us an email at littlerascals_llc@yahoo.com.
